## Who we are

kratogo is a small independent team that makes games for the web browser. We design, build and publish every game ourselves — from the simulation code and the art to the music processing and this website.

## What we make

We like games that feel physical and alive: sand that holds or slumps depending on how wet it is, and water that floods a moat and drags the sand back to the sea. Our first game, [Sandcastles & Waves](https://kratogo.com/games/sandcastle/), is a sandcastle builder that ends with a storm. In our second, [Swallow the City](https://kratogo.com/games/swallow-the-city/), you are a black hole that grows until it can swallow a whole city.

## How we work

- **Browser first.** Every game runs instantly in a modern browser — no download, no launcher, no account.
- **Ship early, keep improving.** We publish early and update often. Each game page lists its update history.
